I also served as a Qualified Operational Test Pilot, a role that required calm thinking, disciplined judgement, and the ability to assess complex situations with precision — the same qualities today’s leaders rely on.
That perspective now shapes how I work with leaders facing demanding, high-stakes challenges.
Alongside that operational experience, I hold an MSc in Leadership & Management, an MA in International Relations, and regularly speak with leadership teams and organisations around the world.
